Pre Inspection Checklist

1. Fire Alarm system inspected and tagged.
2. Sprinkler System inspected and tagged.
3. All manual pull stations are free of obstructions.
4. All extinguishing equipment has been inspected and tagged.
5. All emergency lighting and exit signs are operational.
6. Hood systems must be cleaned and have a tested suppression system.
7. All passageways are free of obstructions.
8. All egress door open freely and are not blocked.
