| Members of our Department and the Warren Police Department had a memorial wreath laying ceremony this morning at the Town Wharf.
This occurred at 08:46 am , 24 years to the minute have passed since American Airlines Flight 11 struck the World Trade Center’s north tower. Resulting in a massive emergency response, and murdering thousands of responders and innocent civilians.
Today we remember 09/11/01. |
